Question about Kenmore 72802 Gas Dryer
Probably not igniting a flame in the heater. Could be due to a few things.. The igniter is bad or defective.. one of the thermal sense switches tripped and disabled gas flow for your heater to work.. Your gas is off to the system coming in.. Some of these gas driers use non resettable fuses that if tripped, disable the heating system from coming on.. they also use temperaure 'snap switches' that if an overtemp condition happende would disable your heater.. In some systems,.... these snap switches need to be manually reset by pushing a small reset button on them.. Hope this gives you some ideas on what the problem might be..
