Question about Sharp AR-5316 Advanced Digital Imager Copier

Longer warm up time accompanied by a loud grinding noise

My AR-5316 photocopier has been repaired and serviced a couple days ago. Its drum has been changed.Fresh developer has been put by service engineer. Yet it has several problems. After copying around 10-15 copies, lines start appearing in the copies. Not only that, it takes a much longer time to warm up and that too with a loud and grinding noise. The copying quality improves, after a superficial clean up of drum etc. and that too for the next 10-15 copies. Its driving me nuts!
Please HELP!

There are few gears inside the copier that probably need to be replaced causing the grind and the copy quality to happen. It wasn't looked at by the engineer at the time because it happened after they left. They should come back in to fix it.

open cover ,glass,clean mirror,be carefull of lamp copy.if didn`t solve,change drum and developer

try to cancel it by pressing: #-interrupt-C-interrupt simultaneously, then when the panel goes off input 16 then press the COPY KEY <> The machine will restart automatically. if U2 still remains.. try to replace the mainboard.
