Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
If it has been happening slowly, it is likely from the decay of an electrolytic capacitor.
If it happened suddenly, something else in the vertical deflection section has gone bad.
This isn't going to be a DIY repair as it will require a bit of test equipment to find.
