Question about Nutrifaster Ruby 2000 Juicer
Hex nut stuck completely stuck and won't come off with the wrench even when hit with hammer. The basket continues to turn. In my opinion this is a very poor design fault as there should be a facility to lock the motor to enable the nut to be freed. Their web site is very poor and gives no support. Their USA numbers do not work in the UK. Oh what to do?
Your unit is a Nutrifaster not a Ruby juicer tray again their website of Nutrifaster in Seattle USA...good luck

The Nutrifaster blades do have to be sharpened every so often. You can send the blade into Nutrifaster and they will sharpen the blade for you. Go to Nutrifaster.com and look under spare parts.
