You evidently reformatted your hard drive. I would assume that you then installed Windows. Did you reinstall all the Lenovo drivers for your computer? Sounds like you probably didn't or you would be able to connect to the internet like you used to do. So--you need to go to Lenovo's site, download all the drivers for your computer (especially the network adapter) and install them on your laptop.
