Question about Computers & Internet
Have you tried recovering to factory default settings? IMPORTANT NOTE: Recovering to factory default will wipe out ALL data so BACKUP before you do this. On occasion, recovering to factory default will fix certain issues like above. I believe to recover to factory default is press Alt-F10 on the startup, but please check with an Acer service professional.

Is it xp or linux? i believe there's a problem with xp versions to do with wireless, been testing it, it won't start if wireless is turned on, crashes at the windows loading screen. If you disable it in safe mode, restart it, it will start. but when you go into windows, and enable wireless, it crashes straight away. hope someone has the same problem and a fix is found soon, for now i'll try to convince shop to exchange or refund it

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
