Try to look on the wire connected to the electricity or on the device it must be loose on connection. if thats the problem then by a new cable wire.
did you try to ask about this problem to the previous user or the person who sold this to you? if not maybe you should ask him/her so that you have an idea of what the problem camed. if he/she experience this problem, then ask him to cooperate with you and bring it back for a warranty service.
