Trying to get codec so I can convert movie files and transfer on to Creative Zen
I followed your instructions and downloaded Codec pack All in 1 but when I tried to run it a window came up saying: Archive Integrity Failed. The expected Set up file size is 10,050,902 bytes. The actual set up file size is 688,128 bytes. Set up aborted.

Codec" is a technical name for "compression/decompression". It also
stands for "compressor/decompressor" and "code/decode". All of these
variations mean the same thing: a codec is a computer program that both
shrinks large movie files, and makes them playable on your computer.
Codec programs are required for your media player to play your
downloaded music and movies.
Download below mentioned codec to resolve the problem.
Do you have a Next or continue button? if you do and you are sure that the ac adapter is plugged in just go ahead with the update. It's just trying to make sure that the power won't cut off while it's doing the update.
It can't read the codec of your DVD because it's either the file in the DVD is bad or if your computer doesn't have the necessary codec to read the file.
To update your codec file you can try to download K-lite codec pack, follow this link:
Download and install K-lite. It is a "pack" of all popular codecs. After you install it, your media software will load with the appropriate codec the next time you watch a movie. Enjoy.
You should download the k-lite codec pack which contains every video & audio codec you will ever need. www.codecguide.com Download the full codec pack, don't bother with the Mega pack as it contains stuff you will never need. Note that if you are running vista 64 bit then you will need to download the 64 bit codec pack in addition to the k-lite full codec pack. Both are available on the link I have provided. Don't forget to rate me as I know this will solve your problems,
