This machine has a water level switch for the wash cycle and a switch for the rinse ccycle. remove control panel and take a small screwdriver and rotate the lever on the rinse cycle switch 1 click. (the rinse cycle switch is the one that does not have the knob on it. Unplug the machine before this is done. You will now have a full tub of water for the rinse cycle.

LG Turbodrum DD 8.5kg WT-R852 washing machine, will not completely fill with water to water, to initiate the wash cycle, wash process stops there.

THE WASHER IS OBVIOUSLY HAVING A PROBLEM DETECTING THE WATER LEVEL? IT DETECTS AS FULL WHEN ITS NOT AND THEN GOES INTO DRAIN CYCLE? THE FILLS AGAIN? I would suspect the water pressure switch but if it was detecting a full cycle it would sent it into wash cycle? the water inlet valve only allows the amount of water it is told to send in and does not control the amount or drain cycle. Im not sure here but Im thinking maybe the water level switch may be flawed, the one that has low-medium and high? all these can be checked with a multimeter

What are causes for low water level in my dishwasher? It cancels the cycle by itself with error code 6-1

You may have a faulty water level switch which is shutting off the water sooner than it should. it may also be a faulty pc board

Hotpoint hswp1000m washer cycle fills with water for large capacity but when it goes to rinse it won't fill anymore than low capacity of water?

It can be due to a faulty water level sensor which evidently is a pressure switch. If the diaphragm is damaged it will require a larger water level to achieve the said pressure to shut the inlet valve in all the cycles.

Loud whirring noise going into rinse cycle. Low

Hi tuck just read your posting. Now on the low whirring noise on the start of the rinse cycle ,Is it when the machine is draining the water or filling with water. If the noise happens when the machine is draining then I think either your pump has something slowing it down or it is faulty. Please look underneath the machine to the front right and you should see a red or black fan .If you do then this is your pump.If you don't see a fan you must have the newer style of pump. Please reply with additional information on the questions and I am sure I can help you rectify this problem
