Micro SD When I put my memory in the cell phone, with mp3 files, it didn't find it. I had to tell the cell to format the memory and it dropped file folders into the card. Then I could copy mp3 files into My Music folder and they played. Just a thought. Carl

You have to drag and drop only the MP3 files into the music folder. If you have them organized and in folder by artist, drag only the MP3s into the card's Music folder.

Have you formatted the memory card? You will be able to do this via the menu and settings. It could be phone is not recognising the card as it is not formatted.
Also look in menu ( iam not too familiar with menu of this phone) for the option to change default save location for files. Some phones have the option to change this. If its set to phone that could be the reason?
Another solution is does your PC have a SD card reader? If you have a Micro SD to SD converter you could insert memory card straight into PC and just drag and drop files. Its a lot quicker than Bluetooth. (be carefull which folders you drop into, as for phone to recognise the files the MP3's & sound files need to be in a 'music folder' - MP4's & 3GP's need to be in 'video folder' and so on.)

kk to add music make sure you syn the phone and the cp do the data and all then put .mp3 on all the media files and see if it works. Then if that doesnt go to computor format the card and then put it in the phone. Otherwise you need new stuff.

Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com

2 Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.

3 Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.

4 In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.

5 Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.

6 Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

Just try formatting the SD card. Hope it works fine.

Just connect the micro SD with computer.(You need SD adapter, SD card reader, and USB connection) Most computer will recognise the SD card automatically. Format the micro SD in the Window Explorer(or My Computer). Format menu can be found if you click right-button with cursor on the drive letter. After formatting, re-insert micro SD into your D900.
Some Korean experts says the problem might be caused by different file system (e.g. FAT, FAT32, etc) in each memory card. So they recommended not to share your memory card with different mobile phones as well as any electric devices (eg. MP3 player and digital camera).

omg... put your memory card with the bigger card witch you get when buying a memory card into the computer. i do everything with usb but if you cant then do it this way

Do you know the File format that the phone uses? Sometimes they use MIDI or WMA. If it is MP3, Try downloading some free software, try the pirate bay website and teorrent yourself bitpim or IMto3gp. these are Cell phone programs good at converting files and syncing them. If the Memory is removable like an MICRO SD, pick up a USB media port that lets you plug the Memory card directly into you PC via USB and just drag and drop your MP3's as if its a Pin Drive, Put back in fphone and should work. Just make sure you drop it in the right folder.

If your music files are in a folder you cannot add them to play list, but if you have all your songs singly you can add them to your playlist, I had the same problem tonight with this phone, we added them individually no problem, this has worked but is a lenthly prosses, so far so good, not had a play about with them other than this, still to get them back as an album not yet done, Jackie
