hi there, call the customer service of your service provider ( O2 )....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options cheers
Check out the section on Messaging page 65 in your manual: Important!: When creating a message, adding an image, a sound file, or a video clip to a text message changes the message from a text message to a multimedia message.
Important!: Adding an image, a sound file, or a video clip to a text message changes the message from a text message to a multimedia message. This also changes the Options that appear in this menu.
Note: A multimedia message should only be sent to a phone which can support the receipt and display of this message type.
Note: If you exit from this View screen, you will need to go to the Messaging ➔ Inbox screen, the Recent Calls screen, or you will need to dial your Voicemail contact to access your messages.
Note: Messages can also be accessed by navigating to your Inbox (Menu ➔ Messaging ➔ Inbox).
Messaging Settings page 72 in your manual: You can set up various options for using messaging services. 1. When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key, then select Messaging ➔ Messaging Settings. 2. Select the type of message settings that you want to change. • Text Message • Multimedia Message • Voice Mail • Push Message • Broadcast Message (SIM card dependent) 3. Press the Select soft key or the key.

hi there, call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up multimedia message services on your sim..your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the picture message options cheers
its becuase you dont have the required settings from your network providor to send MMS,
all you need to do is go onto there website i.e vodafone and search for the settings page then put your mobile number in the box and press send when you get the settings you save or install them, or if your not technically minded you can give a quick call to your network and they will send them in a text message for you.
hi, you need to check the message settings and the service centre number, usually this can be incorrect and will cause this problem, what network are you on, the best thing to do is go to your networks website or check the service centre number on a friends phone with the same network
I had this problem and just fixed it via my Orange mobile website. Find the area for Multimedia messaging problems. Key in your phone number on your support page and they give you a pin number. They then send you installation instructions to your mobile. Key in the PIN and follow the instructions. Works fine now. Your provider's help pages will hopefully use this same method?
