Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
You can scan text I am assuming? If so that sounds like a memory problem. Depending on the model, it can be either the printer memory, or, more and more printers use the computers memory, you may need to clean up your computers memory to have enough working memory.
I would assume the latter, I really do not like the new printer/scanners that do not have their own memory. This is just a recent thing. And this problem is popping up everywhere.
So do a disk cleanup on your computer and see if that helps.
