(start rant) It still amazes me that new washing machines, other than those sold in the UK, seem not to have manuals placed inside the drum/tub! I think that purchasers should demand one from the vendor and threaten to go elsewhere if it doesn't supply the goods! (end rant)
Of course the manual could have been lost!
Methinks you could do with a manual- for now and later!
Now- unfortunately FixYa cannot provide manuals direct - members of the forum are just people from all over the world, probably working from home, and not representing any particular manufacturer ;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
I think there is nothing wrong with your washer. The UE error means Unballanced Error. This error comes up in two cases: 1. the load is distributed unevenly in the drum or 2. the machine is not properly set on an even surface (floor). Of course, it could be a third case possible, but very unlikely, when the ballance sensor itself is malfunctioning and have to be replaced, or the spring and dampers are worn out and also have to be replaced.
First the 'E6'. The only Manufacturer's decode I have for Samsung 'E6' is 'water temperature rising/ falling too quickly, check thermistor'. I would go through the balancing act (detailed below) and then see if it recurs. If so it's a service call I'm afraid ;-0(
Now the dancing
Although you say it's level I would recommend you try my method to make absolutely certain before considering something inside ;-0) It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly! Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then- very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice.Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up! If this corner did not rock do the same to the other. Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked. If this has not cured the problem it is possible that the internal suspension is malfunctioning.
'de' on LG machines normally stands for Door Error - it thinks the door is not closed properly. This means that either the interlock requires adjustment, if that is physically possible on your machine, or the sensor is malfunctioning.
Whichever it is requires a service engineer, sorry ;-0(
The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.
LG themselves have some information on this error code..
Owners manual above.
