Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
New memory (1 gig, Crucial 200 pin DDR@ SODIMM) was installed. Device failed to boot. Memory Card uninstalled, and reinstalled, still failed to boot. Cannot complete your previous solution since device failed to boot again. Next idea?
I have had bad memory straight out of the "box". Just becuase it's new memory does not mean it's good.
Take it back and get another stick.
