STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203,0x82FDD008,0xC0000102,0x00000000) how to solve this?

0x24 is an error stating that the computer cannot access the NTFS.SYS file. Along with your other stop codes, it looks as though you are having a hard drive failure. If you are able to get to the command prompt, run "chkdsk -r" without quotes. This may solve your issue. If it does not, you are likely looking at buying a new hard drive. Hope this helps.

Start computer and it comes up shut down incorrectly,I do everything it says, and still says same thing with these numbers0x00000024

This error message indicates a problem in the Ntfs.sys file. This is a driver file that is required to enable your system to read and write to the drives that have the NTFS file system on them. It could be caused by several problems like poor file structure, hardware incompatibility and more.

Here are two excellent links to solve the problem. Hope you are somewhat computer savvy.

It will be a little intense to fix.
After you solve it Remember to make a backup point.

Good Luck.

I bough a portable hard drive it is deleting imformation every time i delete information from my computer the portable hard drive does the same

You must have installed software that probably came with the portable hard drive to back up or sync files. The backup/sync option is doing just that on your back up drive. Open the software you installed and tell it not to delete files that you delete on your computer.

I want to know how to put imformation on my pny flash drive from off my cumputer

Plug the drive in a USB slot on your computer. It should then show up as a removable drive in "My Computer". Then you can treat it like any hard drive. You can copy or drag files/folders to it.
