Durabrand Dual Screen wont lock close

I have the Duabrnad Dual Screen it is a bit old but worked great for my 2 1/2 year old in the car on trips. Anyhow I lent it out (I know dumb) but anyway when I got it back I put it back in the car and when I opened it to put the dvd in then closed it and pushed the "push to close" button well it did not close it and read no disk... how can I fix this?

- okay got a cleaner and adjusted the tracking and it works now..
