For $7-8 you can get a whole new inertube. That is what you should do. A patch kit should only be used when you are out on the trail miles from home and you get a flat. If you dont know how to do it, let a bike shop do it. You can damage the rim which costs $70-80 to replace if not done properly.

Need diagram for removing rear wheel to fix puncture on power ped

you can easily fix a flat without removing the wheel from the bike if it uses a tube application to inflate racers use this method to save time as you just have limited space to do your repair apposed to removing the wheel completely dunno just a thought because im thinking your bike has wheel tensioner jigs on the rear axle and they can be tricky to get rite if your unaware of how they work and you could do more damage then good so try to slip the tire off one side pull the tube out and mend your flat and dont forget to check the interior of the rubber for burrs of foreign material less then a 10 minute job good luck message back if your stuck ok :)

I have kit, but no instructions on how to repair a bike tube. help please.I have bike tube repair kit with patches, glue and metal things

The metal thingy is used to roughen up the tube, where the patch will go, so the glue will stick. The glue may have instructions on it, but place glue onto the patch and the tube and let it dry for a few minutes, then place patch over hole.
when refitting the tube, sprinkle some powder on it around the patch and inside the tyre, make sure you have removed whatever caused the initial puncture. Try to refit the tyre without using any levers, so you dont pinch the tube again

Punctured air bedsmall puncture and have guest staying and need to repair it

Best thing I have found that works good is a patch for a bicycle tire. They have other small patches that are very similar, I just find the bicycle patches more convenient and usually cheaper. Hope this helps.

I have a tire tube that's punctured. how do i get a new one?

If you walk often, best bet is to just replace the tube as you're going to have to take out the flat tube either way. It's also the fastest rather than trying to patch up a small tube and doesn't guarantee that the repair won't leak air. Small the tube, the expansion/contraction with heat/cold would raise that possibility.

Tubes can be bought even at Wal-Mart and other places for $3. You can always purchase a bicycle tire lever as these 12"/16" tires come off fairly easily. Of course if you absolutely cannot get them off for any reason a bicycle shop will be able to do so.

This is a great video showing how you can replace the tube.

Replacement parts.

Many Valco Baby models are equipped with 12 inch tires. Just like a car or bike, punctures can occur. A 12 inch inner tube or bicycle tire repair kit would be all you need to seal the puncture. If need be, tubes can be purchased from your local retailer or contact them at (USA) 800 610 7850 or email [email protected] Tubes are not covered under warranty.

Flat tyre

We've just had same problem with a drawing pin. The tyres have an inner tube (like a bicycle tyre) which you can fix with a puncture repair kit- just find your local bicycle shop or somewhere like Halfords for this. Good luck!
