Re: connecting with a computer
You will probably have to reinstall the driver for your phone. the program should be on the c/d that came with the usb chord and your phone. this should solve the problem. please rate this solution. thanks

This process is not considered downloading but transfer, because you already have the music downloaded to your computer. You will need either Bluetooth or cable connections to connect your phone to your computer in order to make the transfer Bluetooth needs no cables but a little slower than cable connections. Connect your phone to your computer using the phone cable. or pair the computer Bluetooth with the phones Bluetooth this is easy if you already have Bluetooth on your computer such as if you use wireless keyboards and mouse, after select the songs you like to transfer and send them to a specific folder on your phone.
sir plz install the n72 pc suit to the computer.and then connect the data cable from phone to the pc to transfer the files [or] change the data cable for proper connectivity from phone to the pc.................
properly install pc suite.then connect your phone using usb cable.while connecting keep in mind that,cell phone should not be switch off,or unlock. some times even if u hav done every thing properly,some times usb cable should be see as not recognisable then u can opt trouble shooting...
1. Check the connection. 2. Try connecting the phone into different USB ports of the computer. 3. Try connecting the phone to another computer. 4. Use different USB cable. 5. Check the connection settings of the phone. Make sure that it is set to Data Storage.
Otherwise, you need to refer to the phone manufacturer for second opinion.
