Replaced flyback and two capacitors. Tv powers on but only the blue lamp fires, nothing from red or green. Can't see where anythis is disconnected. Had a local tv repairman recomend that the HV Splitter could be bad, upon inspection there are no cracks and there is power to the blue lamp. Any suggestions?

Re-insering the flyback wire is usually very easy. Push in and give a slght turn and check to see if grabbed. It sounds as if there is more issues than flyback wire. TV should turn on without one crt connected
I disagree with given info, this tv has no horizontal output transistor because it is dlp tv. 3 red light blink means lamp cover is not placed back properly after lamp replacement/ lamp checking. Make sure lamp cover is fixed back in its place securely and tight.
Capacitor failure is the most likely scenario the FMT ans Signal PWB would cause the picture interference and the power pwb would cause the lamp light to turn red and give a 34 code when the device/ input and menu buttons are pressed in together and held for five seconds. That chassis has issues with every board in the chassis having failed capacitors you can get repair kits for the V26 chassis at the follwing link that come with instructions. Your model is the V26 chassis. Heres the link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
IF YOU REPLACED THE SAME PICO FUSE, YOU PROBABLY HAVE A BAD CONVERGENCE IC AGAIN . DID YOY SNUG UP THE IC TO THE HEAT SINK AND USE THERMAL HEAT COMPOUND ON THE NEW IC'S? ALSO CHECK SOLDER CONNECTIONS TO C810 AND C809 THE FUSE BY THE CAPACITORS MAY BE OPEN.
You do not have Lamp in this set it is Projection has 3 Tube Red,Green,Blue. On power/deflection board CK capacitor cp150 2200uf 16v look to see if capacitor is puffed up on top if so replace it and 2 other caps in same circuit 220uf 35v they are green with gold writing on them also CK second ribbon connector make sure it is pluged in good.
Just fixed it!!! Remove the back panel from the television, you will see a board where the input jacks are located. To the left you will notice a red power wire. Just up and to the right approx 7" or so you will see a [_] shaped metal shield surrounding a capacitor in the middle of it. The part # on the board is CP150. It is a green/gold 16v 2200uF capacitor. More than likely this capacitor is faulty. Run your finger over the top of the capacitor, if it is beveled rather than smooth you have a definite solution to your problem. You may need to remove the plastic piece that covers the transformer to the left of the capacitor to gain easy access. Good luck!!
Most common fix is shorted cap C702 ? near flyback transformer
and open E994 pico fuse in power supply. Capacitor is sometimes partially covered by glob of glue from factory....
