Delete all printers, uninstall related drivers and printer software. I have uninstalled and deleted related folders (but don;'t delete from Recycle Bin in case you need to put them restore them). Boot up and Windows should reinstall correct drivers through the internet. Reinstall photo programs with disk that came with printer.

Printer keeps printing blank pages non stop going

drop kick unit across room:)))) sorry just kidding I had the same problem with mine. If the computer is continually printing that means the printer is receiving print orders from your computer. Best thing is just disconnect the printer from the computer and turn the computer off and wait 30 seconds then turn on . This should clear the print cache then reconnect the printer. Make sure to only request one print at at a time.
if the printer continues to print blank pages check to see if you have the latest software driver for the printer installed on your computer. You can do this by going to the manufactures website and download the software its easy to do just follow the prompts and install! Hope this helpful!!!

Paper keeps feeding thru w/o printing. Prints a couple of lines jumbled (not what's on screen), throws it out and takes more paper.

Try uninstall the printer drivers and download then install the latest version. This blank paper printing with random "symbols" are caused by incompatible drivers.

Prints icons instead of document

Sometimes the drivers can get corrupt, or even sometimes the printer cable is just not plugged in snuggly. I would check all the connections to the computer. Goto http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?group=&type=&subtype=&model_nm=ML-2150&language=&cate_type=all&dType=D&mType=DR&vType=&prd_ia_cd=06010400&disp_nm=ML-2150&model_cd=&menu=download and select your operating systems. Save the file somewhere you can remember. Then goto Control Panel\ Printers\ Add A Printer. Go through the add printer wizard until it asks for the drivers and select "Have Disk" browse to where you saved the drivers and select the driver and click OK. Click next and finish and try printing a test page to the new printer. It will probably have the same name as before with a (1) after it. The only other thing I can think of is if maybe it is only having these problems when printing from a specific program then you may want to run a disk check or defrag and see if that helps.

Pages not showing any print

In this case, the first thing that I would do is re-install the printer.

Delete the printer from your computer then, if you have the installation disk, run the setup program to reinstall the printer and all of its drivers.
If you don't have or don't want to use the installation disk, you can download drivers directly from the manufacturer's Web site here
http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi

I could have provided a link directly to the download page if you would have provided the name of your operating system (Windows 2000, XP, Vista, etc). However, it's fairly simple finding your drivers. After you get to the Lexmark Web site you will need to type your printer model (1100 Colorjet) in the text box.
On the next page, you will need to select your operating system.
The following page will provide a link to download the driver files used to install the printer.
Make sure you download the correct drivers for your printer model. Using the incorrect drivers can cause print issues such as this one or cause wierd characters to print instead of letters. This kind of thing can also happen if one of the entries placed in the Windows registry by the printer software has become corrupt.

Download the file and run it to re-install the printer.
Print a test page from the printer itself to rule out any issues with the hardware. (You might also want to download the users guide if you don't know how to print a test page from the printer). If the page comes out blank, you will have to stop here and find out why you can't print directly from the printer (this would be an issue caused by the printer). If not, you can move on to the next step.

Next, print a test page from the operating system to rule out any problems related to hardware.
Start > Printers and Faxes > Right-click printer > Click Properties on the General Tab > Click Print Test Page.
If both test pages print successfully then you should be able to print anything without a problem and can try to print and email or word document to see how it comes out.
If the test page printed from the printer came out okay but this one came out blank, this indicates a software related issue and you would have to troubleshoot further.

I know this sounds like a lot to do, however, all you need to do is download the correct drivers (unless you choose to use the CD that came with it), uninstall then re-install the printer, and print a test page from the printer, one from the computer, then print any random document.

Hope this helps and thanks for using Fixya.

I had the same cr@p of the problem yesterday. The problem was not inthe paper. You have to do 2 simple things, from which one will solvethe problem.
first, download the latest drivers and install them.
And the more important thing, the problem occurred due to incorrectpaper format. Solution is very simple. Open MS word or somethingsimilar, file->print.. and before you print open Properties menu. There for the Output Size will be selected "Match Page Size". you don'twant that (i don't know why it doesn't work), but the solution ismanually select A4, or whatever your page size is.
And there it is... printer starts throwing pages out like crazy :)))

Sounds like you are just beginning to have problems with the paper feeding. Try cleaning the roller or applying rubber cement per my other post on the paper feed topic.

Job stopped!

hey wildd, Try unplugging the printer from the electrical source for "several" minutes. Shutdown the computer too. Turn on the printer, then turn on the computer. If that doesn't work go the whole mile. Uninstall all printers and software. download the latest drivers from Epson. http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=23952&infoType=Overview This link is to the epson site and your machine. Download the drivers from here. Have you had any paper jams lately? Make sure there aren't any pieces of paper stuck or any other debris. How about the print properties, or open print jobs? what does it show when the job stops. Let me know what happens. Good Luck, Tim
