Did anyone ever email you back about finding a heating element for your keurig? I am at a loss as well and would like to fix mine. I now have 2 defective units (Keurig replaced thankfully because it wasn't my fault!) - and I'm assuming either the electronics are fried (even though it was plugged into a new GFI outlet), or it's the heating element. Have googled to try to find others who have fixed there for a few weeks now - have come up with nothing.
