Computer been fixed do not have cd for printer

Use the CD that came with your unit, or download the programs from the Canon web site. They will prompt you through the install and setup.

here is the normal step for this procedure.

• Turn off the canon printer
• Hold the Resume Button (red circle in the triangle), add a printer (click “Power”) an indicator light green.
• Hold the Power Button, release the Resume Button.
• Not releasing the Power Button, double click “Resume” and release Both Buttons.
• Click “Resume” for Four times
• Once you click “Power”, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber). To disable the printer “Power” button to click again.

Here's a link to the download page for the MP210. Simply choose the operating system you are using (Vista, XP, etc) and the correct software and drivers will appear. Choose what you want to download and go.

Can you please check the model of your printer?
I looked more carefully under the broader category and saw mp210.  So here is the link for the driver---i gave you the vista version, but you can see it gives other versions of OS.
