CHECK TO SEE IF THE LED IN THE WALL BUTTON IS BLINKING - IF IT IS PRESS THE LOCK BUTTON AND IT WILL STOP THEN TRY TO PROGRAM YOUR REMOTES.
IF IT IS NOT BLINKING TRY UNPLUGGING THE UNIT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES - PLUG IT BACK IN AND TRY TO PROGRAM THE REMOTES
Try programming this way. Hold the button down on your remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. If this doesn't do it your remote may be bad. The wall control is hard wired and doesn't use the receiver that your remote does.
WHEN YOU CHANGE THE BATTERY NO NEED TO REPROGRAM THE REMOTE.
THE FLASHING LIGHT TELLS YOU IT IS SENDING A SIGNAL THAT IS BEING RECIEVED IT IS JUST NOT THE CORRECT CODE TO OPEN THE DOOR.
REPROGRAMING THE REMOTE SHOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM
Unplug the unit for two mins. and plug it back in. That should stop the blinking & beeping, but blinking & beeping mean a problem. What kind of operator do you have? Maybe I can help you troubleshoot the problem.
Problem solved, sort of- My unit has self diagnostic capabilities: next to the remote sync red button, is a yellow light the indicates diagnostic readings by blinking. In my case the light was flashing 5 times after the door failed to close. This meant RPM sensor failure. I rechecked the sensor and "flywheel" cap and found that it was not completely secured. With the "flywheel" in the proper position, providing readings for the RPM sensor, the door completely closed. But my yellow diagnostic light is still flashing 5 times. My door is operating correctly, but the diagnostic feedback is still not completely happy with my RPM sensor. So I will keep and eye on it.
