i read up about it and turns out that that model turned out unsuccfull cause it was verry easy to lose data wipe the system cause a code error and dropping usially stuffed it up 2 but try this anyways if u have a docking station plug it in than make sure its off first then turn on make sure u conect it to the computer when it reads the camra on computer then remove it then replug it back in and open the camra to the computer leave it runing on for 5 or 10 mins if your camra is stuffed it will show this message An error occurred in the io-library ('Could not claim the USB device'): Could not claim interface 0 (Operation not permitted). Make sure no other program or kernel module (such as sdc2xx, stv680, spca50x) is using the device and you have read/write access to the device.» or u simply have jammed the lense and broken the motor works in the camera jaming the lens can cause a programing loop in the hardware and software i think the best way to fix it would be to incert the CRV3; 2-AA lithium charger in and out a few times to stop the programing loop by a certian amount of electric voltage current that will shock ur programing system to automatically correct its self you should have a flash memory built in and a SD/MMC card make sure that its incerted it will help stop any programing functions by automaticly sending data to the hard disk flash memory forcing the program to work basickly try forcing programs to pick up the camra software like the printer dock the usb cable and the av cable if none works it basickly stuffed thoe u can hack it but seriously if u dont knw what ur doing don try lol so yeaa thats about all i can do for u if you understand programs and software and can hack heres a link youll just have to search in for the latest post on the download link http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1011&message=20329748 this allso allows u to do a load more with ur camra like super zooming , auto face detect , more video effects ,extending a flash memory to ur internal memory and **** like that lol write bakk l8ers aii hope it works
