Hi!

We are still not sure that it is your handset, If you are using two different phones with two different network mode, that could be the problem. If your phone (able to send messages) is using 2G (GSM) signal, that's fine. And your other phone is using 3G-3.5G (UMTS) signal and you are not able to make a call or even send text messages, then, that could be it, you have to switch its network mode to 2G (or GSM mode) because with 3G, the more mobile uses the signal, the lesser the coverage.

Cheers!

SHOWS OFFLINE MODE CANT RECEIVE OR SEND TEXT. DO I NEED TO REMOVE OFFLINE AND HOW?

no offline mode means that your is not receiving a signal from your network or rather the inserted sim is already expired. possible solution:
1. check whether your sim card is not expired by inserting it other phone. 2. remove the battery and wipe the sim card pad with a cotton soaked in a lighter fluid. this will clean the sim card contacts in your phone

Cant receive text messages

hi there,
call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options
cheers
