Right click on your desktop... select properties from the menu ... when the windows pops up... select screen saver tab.... settings are there. vista is somewhat different
right click on your desktop... select personalize.... when that window pops up you will see the screen saver item there.

Open Screen Saver Settings by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Screen Saver.
To turn off all screen savers, under Screen Saver, click (None) in the drop-down list, and then click OK.

To turn on a screen saver, click a screen saver in the drop-down list, and then click OK.
