Ink system failure

Error 0xc18a0306 - Ink system failure. When I press OK, it then says Carriage Jam. I open the top and there is no carriage jam or paper jam. I just can't get it to work and it is only 18 months old.

Is there any solution to this problem? My printer is quite new, printed only 1600 pages and after changing the black cartidge I have this error 0xc180206.

All Asserts beginning with "0xC18A"
Replace Unit: unit can not be recovered or is almost certain to fail again.

It is a issue if your unit is in warranty HP Will relce it free of cost for you or you can check for any upgrade options with HP 1800 474 6836
