Bought a rear projection tv from a friend with no users manual and the colors are just a hair off. I was hoping to try manually adjusting it as the auto adjust doesnt appear to help but without a manual I am not sure how to enter into the proper mode on the remote. Can you help me with the code or with a manual I could view please? Any help would be much appreciated.

If you remove the lower front panel where the speakers are then the small access panel you will see the convergence module right there in the front. It will have the two Convergence ICs attached to that heat sink. They are probably STK392-110. Then if you would like let me know and I will post a link where you can get the parts along with step by step instructions on how to do the repair.

Hi..... well if is a LCD Rear projection Tv is a issue with one of the color filters, and you will need to change at least the optical block or the light engine system, I always buy them from www.discount-merchant.com
If TV is DLP it might be a issue with the color wheel, you might be able to hear a buzzing sound.

To get TV into convergence menu hit mute 183 on remote. If you still cannot get it right you will need to replace the convergence amp IC's.
