well i have the orite vc3210 and i need the software but for free and off the ecomputer what do i do

i have orite VC3260 camera , but recently i m not able to turn it on anymore . when i put batteries in it , and press the power button , a red light next to the camera turns on , i have tried diffrent types of batteriess but still the same problem ! i dont know whay it doesnt turn on and whats the red light for . i appreciate the help .

- I have exactly the same problem.And like one friend said, when I connect it to my PC, it works just fine.
I have already tried 5 pairs of batteries but still not turning on.
All of the batteries are fully charged.- Guest
