Call them. If you can't get a hold of them, or they can't answer your questions, and you paid via credit card, I would call your credit card company and see what you can do about canceling that transaction.

IF you paid with credit card, you can dispute it. if you paid with paypal you can do that dispute also. If you paid with cash or check or debit card, you are out of luck. Ask the seller to provide the receipt for shipping and if she cannot show it, you will have to sue her.
Contact your credit card company. They will be able to hold the charges from being paid out or reverse them totally. The card company has protection for just this situation.
Does using the tracking number show you where the package is? If not, contact the seller from whom you purchased the item. FixYa has no access to another company's order/ship information.
Usually, you can see if the seller has already shipped the item, and if there is a tracking number associated with the purchase.
If you have already paid for the item (2 weeks ago), and the seller hasn't shipped it (... as shown in the item status info), send an inquiry eBay message to the seller (using the Action drop-down menu - contact seller) .... to find out if & when it has been sent. If it is an international sale/shipment, it may take longer to get it, as indicated in the shipping time estimates provided (with the item info). Yes, some sellers don't send their items out too quickly. And if you don't hear from the seller or still hasn't received it in 3 weeks, you'll want to open a case ... to get eBay to intervene on your behalf . The case must be open within 4 weeks of purchase.
If you don't receive an item you paid for, you can receive a refund of the full purchase price plus original shipping on eligible purchases through the eBay resolution process.
Prior to that contact the seller and try to make conversation and solve the issue as these things may occur when selling online. But of coarse, if you cannot work things out you have the option of opening a case by going to the resolution center. Then a few questions will be asked from you and the seller will be contacted. If the seller doesn't make things right, eBay will review the case. If you didn't receive an item you paid for, you'll usually receive a full refund plus original shipping costs.
You will need to contact Paypal Customer service. They will be able to give you the proper steps to receive a refund for your second payment. Does the second payment show on your account as being collected by the seller of the item purchased. If so you might be able to contact the seller and have them refund the amount, if not Paypal will be able to collect the refund for you.
with regard to this, it's either the seller closed his/her account or the seller violated some eBay policy that's why the item was removed. if you already paid this item, i suggest that you need to contact eBay and file for the item not receive dispute so that you can get your moneyback.
I would email seller and ask for a tracking code. Let them know that you have not recieved the item yet. Wait at least a week more and if you still haven't recieved, then you can see if you and seller can work out a refund, etc.
