Question about Computers & Internet
Try removing the battery that is located on the motherboard. It is usually a round mercury cell about the size of a quarter.Be prepaired though because you will loose all your setup info from the BIOS. This is easy to reinstall but might be worth writting down the hard disk parameters. Many of the newer computers will auto detect this info if it is plug-n-play capable. You can get to setup when you power up your machine you will see a message like " if you want to run setup press __. sometimes Del, sometimes F10, or others.Hope this helps
