1. Make sure with a can of air you have blown all the dust out of the computer.
2. If you have added any components to the system, ensure you have enough separation to ensure good air flow.
3. You could have a fan issue. If you are somewhat tech savvy, you could replace the heat sync fan.
4. Sometimes the thermal paste breaks down, or the manufacture uses a low grade paste. Also too little or too much paste can cause issues. CAUTION!! This step should only be performed by someone who knows what they are doing. With the computer off and cooled down, check the heat sync, can you see paste the has oozed out around it (too much paste). If you suspect thermal paste issues, go to an electronic store and get some thermal paste. Remove the heat sink from the processor and clean it with an alcohol prep pad, carfully clean the processor as well (remember it is very delicate). Place a small amount of paste on the heat sink, and then reattach the heat sync to the processor. AGAIN CAUTION THIS SHOULD BE DONE BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
I hope one of these steps will help. Please Please be carefull with all these steps so you do not damage the computer.
Pixilated is coursed by ur graphic card over heating.sounds like bad air flow through case .try upgrading your fan on your graphics card or try using a bigger pc case .remember you have heat from your power supply + cpu ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hi there,
It seams your heat transfer between you Processor and Heat sink is not proper. I would advise getting some Thermal/Silver paste at a Computer shop.
here is a guide on how to apply it.
