Paper Mismatch

I am getting a Paper Mismatch Replace transparency with plain paper and press Enter. I only have plain paper. It appears that this is associated with a fax.

I have successfully printed a test page and I have turned the machine off and on a couple of times. Something about a fax has caused this. I saw this message when I got in this morning. I tried printing the log to see who sent me the last fax, but it wouldn't even let me do that.

I have taken all of the paper out to get the Out of Paper error, but replacing the paper had no impact. I could use some help.
