Re: incaming phone calls
Turn off your Call Diverts option. Its possible that incoming calls are being diverted to a different number. When you try to call your phone does it ring as well? Also check if Call Barring on your phone is enabled. This means that calling your number is bloced. Check with your provider regarding this.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

calls are blocked, or do they jsut end when you answer, or somone else answers? if this is the problem you will have to turn the auto end off.Main menu => Calls => General call settings => More => Auto quick end = turn OFF If the above menu path is not correct, then just look on your phone to find the General call settings where ever they may be, as some firmware may have a slightly different menu system.

1) The call originated from an International location and you are seeing a partial originating telephone number.
2) The originating caller has a type of telephone service that allows their telephone system to generate the digits that appear on Caller ID displays. Their telephone is creating that strange looking telephone number.
My guess is that the first cause is the correct one.
You can try googling the numbers on the display to see if anyone else has had this happen to them. Your telephone service provider could run a trace on the call, but that would require going through a legal process that, if this is a one time event, would really not be worth the hassle.
ok try this just call you voice mail right now to do this, when you are talking on the phone turn the volume up by pressing the the button on the bottom left this should do this but in order to do it you have to be on the phone with somone.
