41744052400 KENMORE Adds a very small amount of water when we push start and that is all. We have replaced the electronic panel and it is the same. Is it another problem or could the replacement panel also be bad?

Hi

If the washer won't fill you'll need to check for the water inlet hose, the water inlet valve and the pressure/water level switch assembly. Inspect the inlet hose coming to the washer for any blockages. If the hose is not clogged then check the water inlet valve for any clogs, if the water will not even fill for few seconds then certainly the water inlet valve is bad and should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to check continuity on inlet valve. If you don't get any value on the multimeter then you'll need to replace the water inlet valve assembly. However, if the valve is fine then the pressure/water level switch assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

How do I adjust water level in Kenmore 700 series top load washer. We want more water.

Inside the washer case there is a level switch. It is a diaphragm that is pushed by air rising in a tube with the water behind it as the water level rises. On the back of the housing, there is an adjustment screw. Only move it small amounts, say a 1/4 turn. See the videos.

Water collecting on top shelf of refridgerator

Your defrost drain line in the freezer has stopped up. The defrost water is coming in through the air vent to the fresh food section.
Turn the unit off and use a hair dryer to defrost the drain hole located behind the freezer panel.

Door locks, but will not fill up with water. Alarm sounds and lights flash once every minute or so

There is a rectangular magnet attached on the inside of the drawer for the detergent. Located on the right hand side near the front of the drawer. This magnet had come loose. Some glue and caulking worked well and the washer is working fine now. Meant to post this weeks ago.

No water coming in

Check the float.
There is a float inside the dishwasher but you can't see it. The small dome in the bottom has a float inside that activates a switch underneath by a plunger. Sometimes this float gets stuck in the up position. Take the bottom panel off and look directly under the dome for the switch and the plunger that activates the switch. Push this plunger up to see if it moves freely. If it moves then you need to check the switch then the water valve solenoid with an OHM meter. Next, use the meter to see if the timer is sending power (110) to the water valve.

If everything is good to this point then check the water supply. Turn the water supply off, disconnect the water line from the dishwasher water valve, run a small amount of water into a pan.

Hope this helps.

Water level adjustment

You don't. Front load washers use only a very small amount of water. They fill a small amount, tumble a bit, resulting in water being absorbed into the clothes, which drops the water level in the tub. The washer senses this and adds more water, which repeats until water level stabilizes. The only way to get more water on wash cycles is to use delicate cycles, which use more water, resulting in a more gentle wash action. Remember that due to the low water consumption of front load washers, you should only use one tablespoon of HE detergent per cycle. (even less if you use 2x or 3x concentrate.) This is a FixYa solution. Your washer is working as designed.
