1 Answer

I have a 8 Quart Roaster Oven that does not heat. I took it apart and found that the wire that runs inside a bunch of snall porcelain caps staked on one another was burnt in half.

Do I need to put water under the roaster pan?

Under the pan or inside the pan?

If it is a covered roaster no you don't need to. I put about half a cup of water in the pan to keep some moisture inside there at the start of cooking.

I have a 18 quart roaster oven and need to know where I can buy the 3 tray buffet server

Hello. This roaster has been so popular, Rival can't keep them in stock. It does not appear that you can purchase the server separately. That said, here is a website where you will be able to order an entire oven and server for under 50$.
