I have a phillips go gear 8 MGB.numbers on inside of mp3 is 4901v3.68 and sstm12 080929 . I have tried reset & charging it but nothing will make it turn on. I spent alot of money on this thing for it to work a short period of time.What can I do???????????
1 On your computer, select Start > Programs > Philips Digital Audio Player > Aria Device Manager > Philips Device Manager to launch the Philips Device Manager. 2 Turn off GoGear Aria before you continue. 3 Press and hold the volume button while you connect GoGear Aria to your computer. 4 Keep holding the key until the Philips Device Manager acknowledges GoGear Aria and enters the recovery mode. 5 On the computer, click the Repair button and follow the instructions of the Philips Device Manager to complete the recovery process. 6 When the recovery is completed, disconnect GoGear Aria from your computer. 7 Restart GoGear Aria.

If you want to make a new playlist for your 8 gig GoGear Aria, all you have to do is highlight the songs you want to add, then right click the mouse and choose create playlist. Name the new playlist then cut and paste it into "Playlist" in the music choices and there you go. No WMP needed.
