Here is software download page for your printer, just click, then select OS (windows version) download is free.
If you want the CD you need to contact Canon in your country, open canon website here, select country and find contact us page.

Unplug printer USB cable when you start installing the software.

Don't forget to rate the solution.

Thanks

By the way you have to click the site above download page then you select OS (eg. WinXP or Vista) and language.

Scroll down the page there will be a list of items.
One of them will say "printer driver(...", if you pass the mouse on the "printer driver" title it will become red, click it and open a second page.
Go around wthe page with mouse until you see a file called b4324mux. exe.

Here is xp page, if you have xp click here and then click b4324mux.exe

I have a home network using a desktop Dell 3000 series computer and want to add a Sony Vaio laptop. My network works ok but I cannot share my Canon i560 printer. Any solutions?

Sony Vaio is operating on Windows 7 and Canon does not supply drivers for my i560 Canon printer. I was able to download a suitable driver from another source. I have since bought a new Epson printer/scanner at a good discount which works well on the Vaio laptop.

Paper jam

OK, first try resetting th printer. This sometimes works the first time and corrects a lot of issues. Switch it off, take out all paper, check for jams with a torch right down back and open cover and check ther too. Once you are sure there are no paper jams (look really carefully they can be tiny!) unplug all cords and cables. Plug all back in turn it on, and try printing again. Post back if no luck and i will further assist.
