Make sure your subscription covers the desired service(s), and that the selected carrier (e.g. GPRS/EDGE) is available in the area. If you still have problems accessing the mobile Internet/WAP on your phone, you probably need new settings installed. Go to the Phone set-up service on this site and follow the instructions to receive the settings in an SMS message. You can also contact your operator for the correct settings.
