Take the DVD from another region that you want to play on
your PS3 and put it in your computer's DVD-RW drive.
Open DVD-copying software you have on your computer.
Examples would include DVDXCopy Platinum and Nero Burning Rom. Anything
that can make a straight copy of a DVD will do.
Use the DVD-copier software to make a copy of your DVD. Both

Put the copied DVD in the PlayStation 3's disc tray. Despite
originally being from another region of the world, it will now play
perfectly in your PlayStation 3.
Test your unit with different discs and also try the ones that dont work in other units, ps3 as well as other dvd players and disc reading machines.
