Question about Toshiba Satellite A105 Notebook
When i turn on the laptop and log into the network i cannot gain access to the start menu and the icons as they are not there. All that is displayed on the desktop background is the wallpaper. The only way that i can open up programs such as MS Word or Photoshop is by using the Command Prompt via the Windows Task Manager. I dont know whether there is a virus or something else wrong with my laptop.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
