Will nvidia geforce 210 1gb graphics card work on mercury p4vm800m7 motherboard???

No. The motherboard only supports up to AGP-8X based video cards and the GeForce 210 is a PCIe 2.0. The slots are completely different. There is no slot on the board that will fit that video card.

Hello,I can't connect this card to PCIex16 female J41

You can't use that card in a PCI express slot because that specific video card uses an AGP connector (which is no longer a supported card interface). You will need to use a motherboard that has an AGP slot.

P5kpl-am in series not agp slot

There are two versions of the P5KPL-AM. The P5KPL-AM/PS have a PCI Express 16X slot and so does the P5KPL-AM SE. Niether of the two have an AGP 8x slot.

I have an AmethystM MS-7148 motherboard with a PCI-E 16X slot which I use to install my EN210 Silent 1GB/DDR3 (Windows XP). Windows recognises that there is new material, but the drivers' installation...

Hi Pierre ,
The PCI Express 2.0 or 2.1 is backwards compatible with the PCI x16 1.0 and 1.1 slot motherboards. However, PCI-e 2.0 ( 2.1 ) cards on 1.1 and 1.0 motherboards will not be able to run at their maximum velocity . I think you are not using the correct driver but motherboard MS-7148 doesn't seem to exist . Go to ASUSes site to download the latest available driver compatible with your OS : http://support.asus.com/download/options.aspx?SLanguage=en

Does the Sapphire card need to fit perfectly in all the slots on my motherboard

Hello
The Video card will only fit in the pci express slot on your motherboard.

Usually there is a small latch that needs to be pulled down, then insert the card then pull latch up.

Yes the Asus EN7300GS is compatible with the standard AGP4 & 8 1.5V slot. It doesn't appear that the card needs secondary power inputs but you should double check before you close the case.
