Question about WYSE Winterm 3235LE Network Terminal
It displays Over frequency problem, unable to go further.
Tsaukpaetra is correct it's a resolution mis-match with the monitor you are using. If you have Rshadow loaded on the winterm you can VNC into it and change the resolution. If not you can hold down the letter "G" on the keyboard to perform a factory reset.

You monitor cannot support the frequency that the terminal is set up to display at. You should try hooking up the terminal to another monitor that can support 85Hz, set the terminal to display at a lower frequency (control panel -> display) and try it again.
If all else fails, you should be able to reset all settings to the factory default (if you can't find a compatible monitor) by pressing and holding the Reset button (check the user manual).
