No lights on the control panel is lighting up, but the light inside the drum is working.
I opened it up and there's power reaching the control board, so I'm guessing the control board is busted. I did some research and there's a new part #, I guess there was a problem with the old design?
I found a bunch of these new parst for sale on e-bay, item # 370075790320. I hope this fixes the problem
Anyone have any comments? I'll post a reply if this works.
The new dryers need both hots(red & black) and the white plus ground to operate the control panel properly do you have a three prong or 4 on the dryer out let? try a new cord & plug before calling someone

Hi Please follow the bellow instruction… Open the front panel. Remove the toner and the drum. Remove the toner from the drum. On each side of the toner, there should be a little glass. Put the piece of duck tape on one of them. Put everything as it was. Turn on your printer. Now, the low toner light should be gone and the green light should be on. Now, you can empty your cartridge. If the Drum light is still lit after replacing the drum unit, the Drum counter may not be reset. Reset the Drum counter as follows: Open the front cover. Locate the control panel button under the LED lights on the left side. Pres the control panel button until all lights are lit, and then release it.
I followed that procedure, Taking the Electronic Control Unit out of the dryer, Blow Drying the printed circuit Board (PCB) Board out and reseating P3 and P4, Worked fine.. No moisture was found in the Drum area. I forgot to tag the TECH SHEET FOR this particular dryer . But punch in Tech sheet , Part # 8546206 into google, this gives Schematic and valuable Troubleshooting steps, The only thing i could not find was the pin to pin test on chekcing the individual switches on the main functions, Suppose to be 14 pins I only found 13. But in all drying the PCB board and reseating the plugs worked for me. Again the symptons were no Light indication on ANY button depressed but the drum light was on. Great Site, Not a first time user
