Just a thought- go to My computer>click on view system information>system information box, click on system restore, and make sure box is unchecked.
If you have any anti-virus programs like Norton, Macafee or AVG, disable them if you can, as well as any non-Windows firewall programs.
If you can remember recently downloading any other program that might interfere with system restore- anti virus or otherwise- then delete or disable that too.
please used some internet security program........ someone trying to hack your system........ and your pc also contains some viruses...... so please used some better internet security i wil suggest you the norton internet security......
ok, Anti Virus programs sadly don't catch all virus's, a simple fact of life,
Now I suggust if you can download FREE AVG on another machine, find this by going to google and enter free avg.
PRess f8 when booting up to enter safe mode, do not enter the other safe modes,
now run the avg and it will say it can't install in safe mode but it can scan in a window,
now goto the run command of the start button and enter msconfig
goto the startup tab and untick anything that sounds like jumpled letters etc,
Ok restart, remember if it does not start up right got back in safe mode and retick a box related to the error then restart, please take care when doing this as you may untick a important loadup program.
