Reinstallation of app onto iPAQ upon hard reset

Recently I've done a hard reset on my Hx2110 & realised that some of my self-installed apps are no longer on the pda though the desktop version are still on my PC. May I ask how do I re-install the apps onto my pda again?

Re: Reinstallation of app onto iPAQ upon hard reset

In activesync under Tools/Add REmove programs you can check the box and click "ok" that will install the program. For the most part it's best to do it one program at a time. Obviously your PDA should be cradled or this. Most programs will re-install fine this way. Some programs though do require you to re-install from the installtion program directly since active sync doesn't pick up some important parts of the program. The two programs I have that require the special install are: CLC Journal since it has an outlook component and sets up a sync for the Outlook Journal. The Stowaway Keyboard driver since it had to ask me what language (the new driver doesn't do this...) The other 30 odd programs I have install straight from active sync.

HELP!!!

I think the battery may be fully dead, test it with a meter, and if it wont charge through the device, take it out, find a charger with a similar output and jam the wires into the correct terminals on the battery (+to+) it'll get red hot but you need only do it once. (I've done it to my psp battery and it worked fine) careful though, don't leave it on overnight or unattended.

Outlook 2002 Reinstallation

The default e-mail client on pocketPC 2003 is the "inbox" which is merly a utility for retreiving & sending e-mail. There is no "outlook 2002" on pocket PC's. The Outlook 2002 installation cd comes with most iPaqs and is intended for your pc, not your ipaq.

Battery discarged

It might be checking for emails, or trying to sync - check these two options. Or it could be reminders not going away.
