Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
Our GE side by side which is only four years old has just "gone hot" the refigertor is now at 88 and the freezer is at 40, any idea what to do ?
Check to see if the condenser fan maotor, located at the back bottom is working or not, If the motor is not working the problem could be the main control board if this is an electronic contol ref. it will need replacement. Try using a fan and letting it blow on the coils and see if it cools down. Check the compressor to see how hot it is getting if you can. This is the most common problem. you could have something else. Hope this helps.
