ROM update

I was trying to update ROM from version 1.03 to 1.10 (The latest published in the support website).
The iPAQ was connected to the pc via Bluetooth.
While updating the ROM, there was an error screen on my pc saying something went wrong with the update, instructing me to perform a hard-reset.
I tried to do hard-reset but all i get is an openning scren with HP's logo and "1.07" on top of the screen.
The screen never changes, even when i try to hard-reset it again.
I also tried taking out the battery and putting it back - but with no luck.
I performed a full-backup before the operation, so i have nothing to lose - i just want it to get back to life :(
Please, i need your advices.
