Question about Plantronics - Bluetooth Headset Plus Base & Headset
I have tried making sure battery is full charged. I have called phone company and turned bluetooth on and off and sought to pair the devices and had the phone search for device. I have made sure blue light is on and flashing
Strange. I'm wondering if there's a difference in the software between your original phone and the one you have now, something like that which is causing the problem. Your new phone I'm assuming is the same type as the old one right?
Have you made sure that the phone you have now doesn't already have a bluetooth device in its pairing memory? I know on my razr I could only have one device assigned to the phone, and I had to delete that one before I could pair a new one up.
