I have to say I like D-Link products, but why not go for a "N" router, I know they are a bit more expensive but:

they are backwards compatable
you can get bundled "N" USB WiFi dongle + router

go to D-Link.com and check out your region for resellers
Any highstreet electrical/PC stores will supply your requirements

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The router works for computer hardwired to the unit but none of the wireless computert, etc. can find a the network connection

Hi,

Here is the official support site for your router make/model which should help you greatly:

http://homesupport.cisco.com/en-us/wireless/lbc/WRT300N

Most likely, you will have to login to your routers Administration page and go to the "Wireless" Settings area and make sure that Wireless is turned on and that the SSID Broadcast is also on. Also, make sure your router is within a reasonable distance from the PCs/Devices you're trying to connect wirelessly.

I hope this helps :) I'm sure it will. All of your answers should be available from the link I provided above.

Best of luck! Have a great day!

-James ;)
